Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Controller will play a key role in closely monitoring the company’s financial health. The role is primarily responsible for financial management, reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, taxation and compliance, and cash flow management.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Property Management Accountant/Bookeeper role is responsible for day-to-day accounting functions for an assigned portfolio of properties. This is a comprehensive position that requires a solid understanding of all aspects of accounting. The Property Management Accountant/Bookeeper will oversee the accounting operations of each corporation, including control systems, transaction-processing, reporting, property management accounting and policies and procedures.
